The Challenge

The level of moisture in a wound can affect the healing process.

This usually requires clinicians removing the bandage to judge the moisture level, but that 
affects the healing process, wasting wound dressings and clincians' time.

Our Technology

We have established technology that improves wound management and reduces dressing changes by allowing clinicians or patients to monitor moisture in the wound without disturbing it, allowing for optimal treatment while reducing costs and effort.  

Our product, WoundSense™, is the first real-time sensor in the world  to be licensed  for use in a patient's dressing.  We have further technology in development that would enable the device to also detect bacterial infection.
